The body of the system has been made using Stainless Steel 305, and it has been fixed using a heavy powder-coated MS frame that supports the full weight of the panel and tank. The system uses 60mm polyurethane foam insulation to avoid heat loss and keep the water hot. It uses Argon Arc welding to connect all the inlet, outlet, air vents, and drain outlets for maximum performance and leak-proofing.
